1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Abirami Tex website (abiramitex.com) and your purchase of products from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products

We sell handloom sarees and related tailoring items. Colours may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to weave, dye lot and display differences. Some products are marked as unique pieces — one-off woven items that will not be restocked once sold. All other products are subject to available stock at the time your order is confirmed.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are set in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices shown in other currencies are indicative estimates; the amount actually charged is in INR. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. An order is confirmed only once payment has been received and verified.

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item was mispriced, is out of stock, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Order Fulfilment & Shipping

Orders are packed and handed to a courier partner by our team, usually within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with the courier name and a tracking link once your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for rates and delivery timelines.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Order cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All product photography, designs, and written content on this site belong to Abirami Tex and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sivaganga District, Tamil Nadu.
