Shipping Rates

Orders within India: ₹150.00 flat rate. International orders: ₹2,500.00 flat rate, or free on international orders above ₹35,000.00. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Orders are inspected, packed and handed to our courier partner within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. After dispatch:

• Domestic (India): typically 5–7 business days.
• International: typically 10–21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Tracking

You will receive an email with the courier name and a tracking link the moment your order ships. You can also check status any time from Track Your Order or your account’s order history.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International orders may attract import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These are set by local authorities, are not collected by us, and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Undelivered or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel is significantly delayed or returned to us as undeliverable (for example, an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to re-ship (additional shipping may apply) or to arrange a refund per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
